Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Lead and inspire budding and talented content specialists and copywriters in the team to push creative boundaries
  • Strategize, define and execute the entire platform specific social media strategy for the brand on Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube. Develop all social media and always-on strategy.
  • Responsible for conceptualizing and executive content on short video formats such as reels, shorts and others
  • Be the one-stop to all problems that can be solved via effective communication
  • Responsible for leading influencer marketing initiative by getting in touch with partners, writing inspiring creative brief for content creators
  • Lead copy and creative for all performance marketing, website creatives, marketplace branding, email marketing along with the art director to improve creative performance and business outcomes
  • Be an integral part in defining, implementing and holding tone of voice consistency for Gilson brand across all channels
  • Lead and manage the communication and creative development based on brand and business brief translating them into impactful communication, partnering with brand, growth and internal creative teams for integrated campaign development.
